  1. Review the help articles on this web portal
    We have filled this help center site with as many useful articles as possible to help you resolve any technical or platform-related issues. New articles are continuously being added. If you don't see the article you need, let us know via email or the chat widget!
  2. Chat with a support bot or agent in the Intercom widget
     To start a chat session with a support agent (we have nice bots and helpful humans), simply click the widget icon and start chatting. An agent will reach out to you within the time stated, and can recommend solutions from there.

3.  Send an email to our support inbox
If all else fails, you can always send us a note at support@qloudable.com, where our support team will review it and get back to you in some time.

4. Contact the Publisher directly
Sometimes, the cause of your technical issue or the answer to your question might not be within our control -- meaning it's related to a Publisher's specific solution. In these cases, you should consider contacting the Publisher directly through their channels. Our support team can usually put you in touch with Publishers too.
