Don’t panic! Unfortunately, sometimes glitches happen and a training lab might get interrupted by technical issues. There are a few things you can try if your lab gets stuck:

  1. Close and re-open the lab – Many times all it takes is a refresh of the lab console to clear up any technical hiccups. 
  2. Check your internet connection – Since these labs run on the cloud, they rely on a god internet connection to provide a smooth experience. If your internet connection is weak, you may experience issues.
  3. Report it – Contact Qloudable support and/or the Publisher to report your issue if it does not resolve itself after some time. Take screenshots if possible of any error messages or problems you're seeing. We keep logs of the lab deployments, and can work with you to make sure you receive the lab content you purchased, or are reimbursed accordingly.
