In order to deploy Stack offer in Qloudable as an end user, you will need to connect your cloud account for the resources to deploy in. To create an OCI cloud account, visit this link.

Setting up a cloud account:

To integrate an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) cloud account with Qloudable, the below five fields from OCI are required.

  • Tenancy OCID
  • Compartment OCID
  • User OCID
  • Fingerprint
  • Private Key

Step 1: Get Tenancy OCID, User OCID, and Compartment OCID from OCI Console.
See the screenshot below for steps on where to find these.

Step 2: Follow the below instructions to set up an API Key in the OCI console.

You can use the following OpenSSL commands to generate a key pair in the required PEM format. If you're using Windows, you'll need to install Git Bash for Windows and run the commands with that tool.

  1. Generate the private key:
    openssl genrsa -out oci_api_key.pem 2048

2. Generate the public key:
openssl rsa -pubout -in oci_api_key.pem -out oci_api_key_public.pem

3. How to Get the Key's Fingerprint
openssl rsa -pubout -outform DER -in oci_api_key.pem | openssl md5 -c

The fingerprint should be automatically displayed there. It looks something like this:
12:34:56:78:90: ab:cd:ef:12:34:56:78:90: ab:cd:ef

4. Set up API key on OCI.

In the OCI console, in the top right corner under the User icon, click on “Add Public Key”, and paste the content of file that has public in the name. Once you add the public key, you can find the fingerprint as shown in the screenshot below.
