Qnect allows teams to collect payments online and in-person at the same time.
To collect payments in person, in "My Events" panel, scroll down to your event cards in and click "More Details" on the relevant event.
Then, scroll down to "Sales Terminal" and press "Terminal".
When people arrive at the door or at your ticket booth, select their ticket type, quantity of tickets, type in their details, click "Continue" then press "Next"
If they choose to pay by cash, tick "Pay by Cash", physically collect the cash, then hit "Pay".
If they choose to pay by card, enter their card details then hit "Pay".
Once you press "Pay" you will be taken to a confirmation screen, then the attendee will receive an instant email and SMS confirming their ticket. The email confirmation has a QR code which can be scanned for their entry, or they can use their Qnect ID QR code from their mobile app which will be activated when they purchase the ticket.
