Upgrading or downgrading your Qokoon subscription plan

You can downgrade or upgrade your subscription at any time. Only the 'Account Owner' has the necessary permissions to access the 'Subscription/Billing' pages and can change the Qokoon subscription plan.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You are free to upgrade or downgrade your monthly subscription at any time based on your needs, including in the middle of a billing cycle (pro-ration applies).

  • Upgrading: The change will take immediate effect and the difference in pricing calculated and applied based on the numbers of days left in your billing cycle.

  • Downgrading: The change will take effect at the end of your billing cycle, which will be shown to you.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Upgrading: You are free to upgrade your annual subscription at any time based on your needs. The new subscription will be applied immediately and you’ll be charged the difference, to pay up front.

  • Downgrading: This change will take effect at the end of your subscription cycle. We do not issue refunds, and this charge was taken upfront.

  • Switch from monthly to annual — The switch to Annual will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and new billing will be applied (pay up front annual cost)
