According to your company rules, you might ask your accounts managers to report on their results weekly or yearly. We've made Qollabi flexible enough to choose your reporting periodicity:
Yearly: Reporting periods will start on 01/01 and end on 31/12 of each year.
Weekly: Reporting periods will start every Monday and end every Sunday of each week.
You can define the periodicity in the Qollabi settings (Admin rights). This will be activated for the full environment (=all accounts and users).
Account manager only needs to click 'Next period' button and the next reporting period will automatically be created based on the selected periodicity:
