In this tutorial, we'll show you 2 methods for how to disable Total Cookie Protection in Firefox. By doing so, you will be able to sign in to Qollabi using MyPortal without any interruptions.

Method n°1

1. Access the Firefox Preferences

Click on the menu icon, located at the top right corner of the browser window. Then select "Settings."

2. Navigate to the Privacy & Security settings

In the left-hand sidebar of the Settings tab, select “Privacy & Security.”
​

3. Disable Total Cookie Protection

  • Under the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" section, Click on "Custom"

  • Verify that Cookies are chosen and select the “Cross-site tracking cookies” option in the dropdown menu.


4. Restart Firefox

Close the Firefox browser and reopen it for the changes to take effect.

Method n°2

1. Type “about:config” in the address bar and Click on “Accept the Risk and Continue”

2. Search for “cookie“

3. In the highlighted results, find pref “network.cookie.cookieBehavior” and set its value to 4.

4. Close the Firefox browser and reopen it for the changes to take effect.

Once you have disabled Total Cookie Protection, you should be able to access PlanX using MyPortal without any issues.
