🖊️ Create your petition
Go to the "Petitions" tab in the left navigation bar under the Mobilize section.
Click "Create petition."
📋 Set up your petition
Name & Creator: Give your petition a direct, specific name that resonates with your target audience. Specify who created it.
Category: Choose up to two categories (e.g., animals, politics, culture) to better organize petitions in your space.
Details:
Specify if the petition is addressed to someone.
Add an end date (optional).
Set a signature goal.
Tags & Support Levels (Optional): Assign tags and support levels to signatories for better database organization.
Everyone who fills in your petition will be sent to your Qomon CRM automatically. Signatories names are not publicly visible.
🎨 Customize your petition
Make your petition stand out:
Add an image (Recommended size: 1920x1080 pixels).
Write an engaging introduction.
Personalize the design:
Click the “brush” icon for a custom color palette.
Use the “⚙️” icon for settings adjustments.
Select and customize petition form fields:
Make fields visible, invisible, or mandatory.
Add descriptions and placeholder text.
(Note: Fields sync directly with your contact database.)
🌐 Set your petition's visibility
Referenced: Searchable in search engines (e.g., Google).
Not Referenced: Accessible only via a unique link.
URL Link: Share your petition easily across digital platforms.
📨 Share your petition
Choose from three sharing options:
Copy URL: Share directly with your network.
Embed on My Site: Add the form to your website; signatories are automatically added to Qomon.
Integrate to My Site: Insert the provided code for a seamless website integration.
⚠️ Note: For security reasons, responses submitted from certain regions or networks (Russia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Iran, or via Tor) will not be recorded.
