🤔 How to create a form?
Go to the "Forms" Tab: Click Create a form.
Name Your Form: Choose a short, descriptive name and link it to an organization.
Add Tags & Support Levels: Categorize respondents with tags and define engagement levels.

Edit field labels, descriptions, placeholders, or default values.
Set fields as mandatory, optional, visible, or invisible.
‼️Note: If you'd like to add a custom field or question, you must first create the custom field/question in your space settings.
Add Visuals: Include an image (Recommended size: 1920x1080 pixels).
Personalize Settings: Adjust colors and form settings to match your style 🎨.
Set Post-Submission Actions: Add action buttons or links for next steps.
🌐 Publication settings
Once your form is published, you have the option to set your visibility:
Referenced: Searchable in search engines (e.g., Google).
Not Referenced: Accessible only via a unique link.
URL Link: Share your form easily across digital platforms.
Please note: Form titles and descriptions are stored in the form's public configuration data and can be accessed by anyone with the form's ID, even if they aren't shown on the embedded form itself. Avoid including sensitive or identifying information (such as names) in form titles or descriptions - use internal labels elsewhere, like your list names or contact tags, instead.
⚠️ Note: For security reasons, responses submitted from certain regions or networks (Russia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Iran, or via Tor) will not be recorded.
