Emailing with Qomon

Emailing is included in your Qomon plan. You can check your available credits anytime in the Communications tab.

Select Get Extra Packs to purchase additional credits, they’ll appear automatically. Your remaining credits renew on the 11th of each month.


📊 Tracking KPIs

Understanding your email performance is key to improving future campaigns. In the Email Campaigns dashboard, you’ll find:

An overview (last 30 days):

  • Total campaigns sent • Emails sent • Avg. open rate • Avg. click rate

Per campaign details:

  • Campaign name • Status (sent, scheduled, draft...) • Send/Schedule date • Audience • Open rate • Click rate • Campaign score

Campaign score:

  • Which combines open rate, click rate, and unsubscribe rate, giving you a quick indicator of what’s working.

📋 Permissions for email campaigns

Access to email campaigns depends on the user role in your workspace.

  • Admins and Staff can create, view, and send email campaigns.

  • Organizers do not have access to email campaigns.

If your organization uses the Expert plan, email campaign permissions can be customized. Admins can adjust roles to control actions such as:

  • Create and edit their own email campaigns

  • View all email campaigns

  • Edit email campaigns created by other users

This allows organizations to define exactly who can create campaigns, who can see them, and who can modify campaigns created by other team members.


🗂 Managing your templates

In Communications > Email Campaigns > Manage templates, you can:

  • Create new templates that are ready to send.

  • Organize templates into folders for easier navigation and management.

💡 Pro tip: Organizing your templates in advance saves time when editing or preparing a new campaign.


✉️ Sending emails

Sending an email in Qomon is simple:

  • Select your contact list.

  • Create or choose a template.

  • Send yourself a test to confirm the design and content.

  • Schedule your campaign or send it immediately.
