Add TradeStation to Windows Defender Firewall:

1. Open Windows Defender Firewall.

2. Click “Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall” (on the left panel).

3. Click “Change settings”, then “Allow another app…”.

4. Click “Browse” and navigate to:

C:\Program Files\TradeStation\bin

5. Select the TradeStation executable file (TradeStation.exe or the relevant application file).

6. Check both Private and Public networks.

7. Click OK to save changes.

Browse to C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 8\bin

2. Flush DNS Cache:

• Open Command Prompt.

• Type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.

Please complete these steps and monitor the performance. Please note that you can monitor your VPS network connection in the "Monitoring" tab. If you do not see any instances where both inbound and outbound equals 0, the disconnections are unrelated to your VPS but an issue with the server that you are trying to connect to. Please chat with support so we can help troubleshoot.
