Understanding the "Failed to Fetch" Error

Troubleshooting the 'failed to fetch' error

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you’re seeing a “failed to fetch” message in your dashboard, it usually means the system is having trouble connecting to your VPS. Don’t worry — here’s how to figure out what’s going on and what to do next.

Just Signed Up?

If you recently purchased a VPS and are seeing this error during your first login, it’s likely due to ongoing deployment or server provisioning.

What to do:

Please wait 1–2 hours, then refresh your dashboard. In most cases, your VPS will finish provisioning and come online automatically.

Existing User?

If your VPS was previously active and you’re now seeing this error, it may indicate a temporary communication issue with your VPS instance.

What to do:

Please open a support ticket and include:

  • The exact error message

  • When the issue started

  • Any recent changes to your VPS

Our team will promptly review your service and help restore connectivity.

Tip

This error is most often temporary. If you’re unsure, our team is online and happy to check things on your behalf.
