If you're seeing a "failed to fetch" error message, it generally indicates an issue with the dashboard's ability to communicate with the server. Don't worry, we can help you figure out what's going on!

Are you a new user or did you just sign up?

If you've just signed up or are trying to access your new server for the first time and encounter the "failed to fetch" error, it's possible that we are currently pushing updates or new server deployments. During these maintenance windows, server access might be temporarily paused.

What to do:

Please check back in 1-2 hours and then try accessing your dashboard again. In most cases, the deployment will be complete, and the service will be back online.

Have you had an active server for a while?

If you're an existing user and have been able to access your server without issues previously, a "failed to fetch" error might indicate a problem with the communication to your Virtual Private Server (VPS).

What to do:

In this situation, it's best to let our support team investigate. Please open a support ticket detailing the error message and any relevant information about when the issue started. Our team will take a look at your VPS and help resolve the communication problem.
