Recently created deals
Is a list of all CRM deals created in the last 7 days. If fewer than 10 deals were created, the list will include the last 10 deals created irrespective of the create date.
Recently updated deals
Is a list of all CRM deals updated in the last 7 days with a revised Closed Date, Value or Stage name.
Note this list will not include deals without a Close Date.
Deals to be investigated
Includes all CRM deals with characteristics that might require further investigation. This includes:
Open deals with a close date in the past.
Open deals with a close date in the near future (a close date due this month or in the next 7 dates)
Deals without a close date. These deals will not be included in your QuarterOne Forecast by default.
