Check if the main script is properly added to the code of your website. Then, if you have provided us with a product catalogue via a link, go to Settings -> Product feed and check if it has been processed correctly. If you have made any changes to the product card, create a request by sending us an e-mail directly to helpdesk@quarticon.com.
