The infield throwing velocity metric needs to be performed from the 1st Base position.
The infielder must receive a ground ball prior to performing the Infield Velocity metric.
Camera angles & radar gun positions shown below should be adhered to.
The General Video Guidelines for Positional Throwing Velocity must be followed.
