The infield throwing velocity metric needs to be performed from the Catching position behind home plate.
The catcher must receive a pitch from the crouch position prior to performing the Infield Velocity metric.
Camera angles & radar gun positions shown below should be adhered to.
The General Video Guidelines for Positional Throwing Velocity must be followed.
