The outfield throwing metric needs to be performed from the Right Field position.
The outfielder must receive a ground ball or a fly ball prior to performing the Outfield Velocity metric.
The throw must be to 3rd Base or Home Plate.
Camera angles & radar gun positions shown below should be adhered to.
The General Video Guidelines for Positional Throwing Velocity must be followed.
