The Fastball Velocity metric needs to be performed from off the mound from the wind-up or stretch position.
The catcher must receive the pitch in the video. If it is an uncatchable pitch, the metric will not be considered valid.
Camera angles & radar gun positions below should be adhered to.
The General Guidelines for Pitcher Throwing Metrics must be followed.
