Quest Portal Customer Support and Development team primarily speak two languages: Icelandic and English.

We are all based in Iceland, and as such our regular support hours include:

Main operations: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00 UTC


Additional support hours, with slower response times:
Monday-Friday 17.00-22.00 UTC

Saturday, Sunday and Icelandic Public Holidays 08.00-22.00 UTC
