The Token Drawer can only be accessed when in a @Session. Click on the Tokens icon at the bottom of the right hand bar. This will open the drawer. From here you can quickly left-click drag a Token onto a map or scene.
Drawer Layout
The Drawer is arranged into two sections:
1 - Characters
These are where all the Tokens for visible or owned Character Sheets are placed. If there is a claimed, or "Show to Players" Character Sheet, there is a Token that will be displayed here.
β
For GM's, there will also be an additional section here, which are for Character Sheets that are hidden from players. Only the GM will be able to see those Tokens and put them onto the map.
Note: Character Sheets that are claimable will not have an avatar here.
Note: Character Sheet tokens cannot be deleted.
2 - Other Tokens
This is where all of your previously uploaded Tokens are placed - including from previous campaigns. These Tokens are hidden from other players until you drag them onto the map or scene.
Token Folders for Other Tokens
You can organize your Tokens by creating folders. You can create a new folder by clicking the icon of a Folder containing a plus sign (see below). This can also be done within a folder for maximum organization. Folders are always at the top of the Token list.
Folders can be renamed by going into the Folder and clicking on the folder name (default Untitled Folder). There is a 30 character limit for the name of a folder.
To delete a folder and it's contents, go into the folder and click the three dots in line with the folder name and click delete.
Moving Other Tokens into a Folder
To move Tokens into a folder, left click drag the Token onto the folder you wish it to be in. It will then be moved into that folder. The image of the folder will change to the image of the first Token in the folder.
You can move the Token up one folder layer by left click dragging the icon over the name of the folder. It will display "Move up a level" when you are in the right place.
Delete an Other Token
To delete a Token, use the trash bin icon displayed on the bottom left of the Token displayed when hovering over with your cursor.
3 - Adding Uploading New Tokens
You have two options:
1. Drag a supported image file (Jpeg or PNG) into the Drawer or into the Scene/Map.
2. Click the purple "+ Add" (see below)
They will then be added to your Other Tokens section.
