A request has two types of status in Quickin, open or archived, both of which can be consulted in the main menu.

Statuses are defined by the following points;

• Requests in the Analysis stage – may be waiting for the process to be finalized or even the opening of the vacancy once the Workflow is already finalized.

• Archived Requests – They may have become vague or not approved and discarded by the board, you can consult the information in your approval workflow.

The statuses will change as the processes in relation to your requests are actually being made.
