How to create or edit my process stages?

Quickin allows each recruiter to create combinations of stages according to the needs of each job vacancy, allowing you to fully customize your recruitment process.

To create or even edit the stages of your recruitment processes, follow these steps:

  • Click on your name located in the black bar in the upper right corner.

  • Click on "Settings."

In the sidebar menu, choose the "Stages" option.

To add a new stage, click on "New," then fill in the following information:

  • Stage name;

  • Determine whether it should be the default stage when creating your vacancy;

  • Specify the type of action that can be performed;

  • Indicate whether it should be active and displayed when opening a vacancy for you and other system users.

Next to the stage name, you will find an icon that, when clicked, allows you to place the stage at the desired position in your process.

To change the name of a stage or even the type of action that will be taken, simply click on the desired option and make the changes in the field.

Important: Once candidates have gone through a specific stage or if it is present in any previously opened recruitment process, making changes will affect all vacancies and reports.
