You can customize your recruitment sources and also generate customized reports based on your job posting sources.
Each job posting link should be shared according to the corresponding channel. This way, you can generate reports to fully understand which channels are most effective for your job postings.
To create or edit a source on the platform, follow these steps:
Click on your name located in the black bar in the upper right corner;
Click on "Settings."
In the sidebar menu, choose the "Sources" option.
To add a new source, click on "New Source".
To change the name of a source, simply click on the desired option and make the change in the field.
Important: If any candidate has already been registered or applied through a source for which you are making changes, it will be automatically updated in their profile and in your reports.
