The evaluation scorecard plays a crucial role in your process. It allows you to create interview scripts that should be followed by other recruiters or even managers to obtain an effective result regarding the criteria to be assessed in all candidates.
This way, you can not only eliminate subjective factors that your team may have used to evaluate a candidate but also present a clearer opinion on each competency or question asked by a recruiter to the candidates to all those involved in the vacancy.
To create or edit a Scorecard, follow these steps:
Click on your name located in the black bar in the upper right corner;
Click on "Settings."
In the sidebar menu, choose the "Scorecards" option. To add a new template, click on "New Template."
Fill in the following fields:
Name of the template you are creating;
Add groups, titles, and questions that will be addressed.
Each competency or open-ended question that you register should be scored by the team during the interview with the candidate.
To change the information of a registered Scorecard template, simply click on the desired option and make the change in the field.
