STEP 1: access the "reports" dashboard represented by the pie chart in the upper right corner of your screen, as shown in the following image:
STEP 2 : choose which of the charts or tables you want to export in Excel.
In this example, we chose to export the "hired" report. Note that just below the table data, you can find the download icon:
STEP 3: By clicking on the icon, a new screen will open. In it you must click on "Download" to complete the procedure and finally export to your machine.
In your Excel, for the example above, the data will appear like this:
How to export pie or bar chart data:
In these cases, you need to click on the pie report column or group for the download icon to appear.
In this example, when you click "vacancies in progress", a new screen will open:
TIP: If you consider it of paramount importance to also get the images of the graphics, we suggest that you use shortcuts from your desktop to print the images, such as:
Alt + prt sc
Ctrl + prt sc
Windows + shift + s
