What is Entity?

Entity is the representation of a set of information. It is through the entities that you will generate your customized reports.

See the entities available in Quickin:

  • Pipeline candidate

The term "pipeline" is used to describe a "process/path". This entity contains information about what steps each candidate is in the process, whether they are disqualified, or even whether the candidate is hired. If your report needs information such as: candidates by stage or number of hires, this is the ideal entity.

  • Vacancies

The vacant entity contains information exclusively related to the vacancy, regardless of the candidates it has. With this entity you can extract reports such as: How many vacancies were created per month, how many vacancies each responsible has, what is the average time to fill a vacancy, among others.

  • Candidates

Unlike the "candidate pipeline" entity, this entity focuses specifically on the candidate, even those who are not in any vacancies. It is possible to extract the following insights: what is the origin of the candidates from my base?

  • Movements in the pipeline

This entity contains candidate movement data in the pipeline. She is ideal for understanding how long it takes to move candidates between stages and understand what bottlenecks in the process.

  • Events

If you need to gather data about appointments then this is the ideal entity. This is because it extracts insights by participant or authors and is able to provide you with information such as: which team member is scheduling more interviews.
