To create or edit a video interview form in Quickin, follow these steps:
Click on your name located in the black bar in the upper right corner.
Click on "Settings."
In the sidebar menu, choose the "Video Forms" option. To add a new video form, click on "New Video Form".
Fill in the following fields:
Video Form name;
Fill out the message with subject and body that will be sent to the candidate;
Enter the question to be answered by the candidate;
Set the response time for the candidate, either 30 or 60 seconds.
You can add other questions if needed, and then click "Save" to finish.
To change the questions or the number of seconds in a previously created video form, simply click on the desired option and make the changes in the field.
Important: If you have previously sent a video form to a candidate and make changes to the questionnaire or the test, the changes will be automatically applied, which may result in the questionnaire not matching the response given by the candidate.
