To create or edit questionnaires and tests to be sent to candidates in Quickin, follow these steps:
Click on your name located in the black bar in the upper right corner.
Click on "Settings."
In the sidebar menu, choose the "Questionnaires/Tests" option.
To add a new questionnaire or test, click on "New Questionnaire".
Fill in the following fields:
Name: Enter the name of the questionnaire or test you are creating.
Type: Determine whether it is a test or a questionnaire (only tests have a timer).
If you have chosen a test, specify the time limit in minutes.
Fill out the message with subject and body that will be visible to the candidate.
Click on "Add Question".
Fill in the question and select the type of response the candidate will provide, as shown in the image below.
If you are creating a test, the scoring option will appear.
If you are conducting a multiple-choice test, determine the correct answers by marking them next to the question. Quickin will automatically correct the test when the candidate completes it and assign a score to their profile.
Important: If you have previously sent a questionnaire or test to a candidate and make changes to the questionnaire or test information, the changes will be automatically applied, which may result in the questionnaire not matching the response given by the candidate.
