How to register or edit departments in Quickin?

Learn how to create lists of departments for your job openings and requisitions.

To insert or edit departments in the platform, follow these steps:

  • Click on your name located in the black bar in the upper right corner.

  • Click on "Settings."

Select the "Departments" option from the left menu.

To add a new department, click on "New department."

Fill in the field with the information corresponding to your department.

To change the name of a department in your list, simply click and make the change in the field.

Please note that if you change the nomenclature displayed for this department in a job opening that you had previously used, this information will also be changed in the process records.
