How to create or edit permission groups in Quickin?

The "permission group" area in Quickin defines what each user group can or cannot do in the tool. This allows you to create various roles, such as limiting or enabling your managers to interact with candidates in your pipeline or determining whether some recruiters can modify account settings.

To create or edit a permission group in the platform, follow these steps:

  • Click on your name located in the black bar in the upper right corner.

  • Click on "Settings."

In the left sidebar menu, go to the "Permission Groups" option.

To create a new group and determine the roles members of this new group will have in your account, click "New Group."

Choose a name for your new permission group and specify which actions members of this group will be able to perform in your account.

To change the actions of a group, simply click on its name. It will display the actions associated with it, and you can modify them at any time by removing or creating new permissions for each group of members, whether they are new or existing.
