Quickin offers several features to help you and your team stay compliant with LGPD. You can find more information about LGPD in our help center articles.
To activate this feature, follow these steps:
Access the settings area.
Click on the gear icon at the top. In the left menu, select "LGPD."
To enable it, click the checkbox, and you will see more options on your screen.
Unsubscribe Link
The first option informs that once LGPD is activated, candidates for your company will receive an unsubscribe option in their application confirmation emails. In other words, they can formally request the removal of their data from the database.
It's important to note that this request can also be made in other ways by the candidate; the key is to always have it documented and to actually delete the data when requested.
This information will always be visible in the candidate's profile.
Privacy Notice
You should create and configure a privacy document to obtain the proper "consent" from candidates. Quickin will automatically fill in this field with a template if you don't have one available.
Consent Message
You can also create a customized message to request consent from candidates who apply to your job openings or are manually added to your talent pool through manual prospecting. In other words, when you or a team member manually input a resume, you can request the candidate's consent.
Quickin also provides you with a standard consent message template.
Consent in the Application Form
You can also include in the application form on your career page the option for the candidate to consent to your privacy policy. This way, they will enter your vacancy or talent pool with the "consented" status.
Data Expiration
Finally, specify for how many days your company intends to keep candidate data in its database. The status of candidates will be changed to "expired" when this period is reached.
Done!
Just click the save button to enable LGPD settings in your account.
