Technical and behavioral tests are widely used by companies to assess whether a candidate fits the profile desired by the hiring teams. In Quickin, some of these tests are already provided beforehand. However, if you need a more specific questionnaire/test, it's also possible to create new templates.

The available templates are:

  • Portuguese Test

  • Mathematics Test

  • Logic Test

  • English Test

  • Big5

  • Disc

By default, the only one that comes with the account is the Big5. However, you can include all the others without any additional cost. Just request them from our team via chat by clicking on the blue icon in the lower-right corner:

Creating a new questionnaire/test: To create a new questionnaire/test, you must have an administrator profile, and then simply follow these steps:

STEP 1: Go to settings > pipeline > questionnaires/tests > new questionnaire

STEP 2: Assign a name to this test/questionnaire, such as "Socioeconomic Questionnaire" and assign a type to it. It can be "test" (with a time limit to respond) or "questionnaire."

STEP 3: Create a subject and an explanatory message according to the theme of your test or questionnaire.

STEP 4: Create the questions and define the response type for each question, as shown in the example image.

To add more questions, simply click on the following menu:

Finally, you can add a test or questionnaire to a stage of the selection process through automatic actions, whether it's a standard or new one. This will automatically be sent to the candidates. If you're not sure how to do this, just click on the link in this paragraph or the button below.
