Through access to the billing panel, both you and your finance team can gain transparent and efficient control, swiftly and strategically tracking invoices, billing information, and payment methods, enabling better management.
First and foremost, to ensure that your access is restricted solely to the desired functionality, the billing panel, you need to create a role with the appropriate permissions enabled.
Remember that to create a permission group (role) and add a member, you need to have an administrator-type access profile or possess suitable permissions to perform these actions.

To carry out the aforementioned procedures, just follow the next steps: 😉
STEP 1: On the top right corner of the screen, click on your name, then select "Settings".
STEP 2: In the left-hand menu, scroll down to the "Members" section, then click on "Permission Group", followed by the "New Group" button on the right side.
STEP 3: Choose a name for the new permission group, for instance, "Finance", then select only the "Manage billing" option, and finally, click the "Save" button.
STEP 4: After creating the role, to add a user, navigate to "Members" in the settings.

STEP 5: During the member registration, simply select the role created according to the previous instructions.
And finally, select the "Active" option to grant the user access to the platform, then click "Save".
