The "tagging" feature for job positions allows you to filter positions based on reasons such as priority alerts or types, for example, urgent, not very urgent, consulting, remote, hybrid, and so on. This helps you keep track of important positions or those that need more attention.

What are the criteria for creating job tags, and who can see them?

  • Only users with permission to manage tags or administrator users can create tags in the settings;

  • All users with permission to edit and create job positions can add tags to the positions;

  • The tags function as an internal control feature and can only be seen by Quickin users. Candidates cannot view this information when a job is published.

How to create a tag?

STEP 1: On the upper right corner of the screen, click on "Settings." Then, on the left side of the screen, click on "Tags."

STEP 2: Select the tab where you want to create the tag. In this case, select the "Job" tab.

STEP 3: On the right side, click on "+ New Tag".

STEP 4: Name the TAG according to your needs.


How to add a TAG to a job position?

You can add a tag when you are creating a job or to an existing job.

OPTION 1: When filling out the job form during the job opening process, below the "Requester" field, you will have the option to add tag(s). Simply click "+ tag" and select the tag you want to add.

OPTION 2: For existing job positions, access the job you want to add the tag to, click "Edit" on the right side, and in the "Details" tab, below the "Requester" field, you can see the option to add the tag. Click "+ tag" and select the tag you want to add.


How can I see this in practice?

In your daily workflow, you can filter a job by its tag on the "jobs" dashboard, or even without filtering, the tag will appear just below the requester's name, as shown in the example below:
