The reports that make up the "Pipeline" panel are of great importance for the recruitment process, as they offer real-time visibility of the stages of the process. This enables informed decision-making, identification of problems and bottlenecks, efficient planning, monitoring team performance, effective communication with other stakeholders, continuous process optimization and strategic alignment.

First, in order for you to be able to view this functionality, you must have administrator access or at least have permission to do so. 😉


The reports are presented below, accompanied by individual explanations to facilitate understanding.

⚠️ Note: It is essential to emphasize that the accuracy of the reports depends on the candidates' movements as they progress through the process. Furthermore, these reports cover all vacancies. ⚠️


CURRENT PIPELINE:

This graph displays the number of candidates at each stage of the process, whether classified or disqualified.


THEY ENTERED THE STAGE:

This report presents the number of candidates who entered each stage of the process over a specific period.


PIPELINE CONVERSIONS:

The following report provides a graphical representation of the conversion rate for each stage, along with the numbers of candidates who entered the stage, those who remained in it and the total that progressed to the next stage, which is considered as the conversion rate .


PIPELINE SPEED:

In the following graph you can see the average number of days that candidates spend at each stage of the process. This report helps to identify operational bottlenecks, such as delays, guiding the manager to optimize the workflow to avoid negative impacts on production and the team.
