Productivity reports allow managers to obtain objective insights into their performance, optimize processes and identify areas for improvement. This results in more informed decisions, improved human resources department efficiency, and organizational growth.

⚠️IMPORTANT: In order for you to be able to view this functionality, you must have Administrator access or at least have permission to do so. ⚠️

Time to hire:

This report shows, in general, the average number of days needed to complete a hire, that is, the period it takes for candidates to be moved to the "hiring" stage in the corresponding vacancies. This average encompasses all vacancies and recruiters.

Time to hire over time:

Like the previous report, this one displays the average days to hire, however, over time.

⚠️ Note: For the purpose of calculating the average number of days to hire, the date the candidate entered the vacancy and the date they were hired are considered. It is worth mentioning that the hiring date recorded by Quickin is the date on which the candidate is moved to the "Hiring" stage. ⚠️

Hiring by person responsible for the position:

This graph shows the number of hires made by each recruiter. It is worth remembering that Quickin uses the "Responsible" field as the recruiter's identification. Therefore, for the data in this report to be correct, it is necessary to mention the recruiter in the field responsible for the vacancies you are working on.

TIME TO HIRING PER POSITION RESPONSIBLE:

This shows the average number of days it took each recruiter to hire their candidates. It is important to highlight that this is a general average, that is, referring to all vacancies.
