Within Quickin you can send a behavioral assessment request to your candidates. The resource can be used unlimitedly, allowing you and your team to better understand a candidate's profile.
To send:
Select candidates in your pipeline;
Click on the "more" option in the menu and then on "request questionnaires";
When you click on the option, a new screen will open, so you can select which form you want. Select the Big-Five Factor Markers option;
Your candidates will receive an automatic message along with a link that cannot be personalized. When carrying out a behavioral assessment, the result, in addition to being present on your candidate's timeline, can be viewed in the "questionnaires" area:
