Identifying a duplicate profile:
The candidate can apply for more than one vacancy, as well as make more than one application for the same vacancy, in addition to being able to add the same candidate via plug-in or manually in Quickin, which consequently creates more than one profile for the same candidate.
Regardless of how they joined the candidate pool, if they use the same email when registering, Quickin understands that it is the same person.
In practice, when clicking on a candidate's profile, it will appear as "duplicates", see:
In this example, there are 10 profiles of the same candidate.
How can I merge these profiles without losing important information?
STEP 1 : Open the candidate's profile.
STEP 2 : look at each of the duplicate profiles and check if it really is the same person.
STEP 3 : Click on the profile you want to remain.
STEP 4 : click on the "merge x candidates" button.

When combining profiles there is a super important rule:
The first profile you are looking at will be the one that will remain on the candidate's page, the second is the one that "pulls" the most recent information, be careful, because if the process is done incorrectly, there is no way to undo the action !
