Through our "associate candidates" feature, you can take advantage of great CVs that are being worked on for your vacancies or even through selection processes that have already been carried out in the past.

It is worth remembering that this type of action will result in the candidate you want to take advantage of in a new selection process, being "copied" to this one, without leaving or losing the information about the vacancy they are currently in.

The process is carried out very simply!

First, select the candidate you would like to take to the new selection process:

You can also carry out this process with more than one candidate!

When clicking on the "associate to vacancy" option, a new screen will open, so you can enter either the code for this new vacancy, or the name:

When associating the candidate with the new selection process, realize that the candidate also continued in the previous vacancy, you are just copying and pasting this candidate into a new selection process.

By accessing the vacancy to which you selected the candidate, you will be able to view their CV in the "screening" stage.
