You can generate a sharing link with the CVs, questionnaires and assessments that are being carried out with candidates for a specific vacancy. This model allows greater agility for interaction with external people such as managers or customers without the need for them to be registered with Quickin.
To generate a share, select the candidates in your pipeline and click "share":
Or
Click on the candidate profile you want to share:
A new screen will open.
Now choose from the following options:
Determine how long this link will be active , that is, how long resumes should be displayed. After the informed date, Quickin stops communicating with this link and it will not work;
Select the options that make sense for your sharing , if you want to hide data such as contact information, salary expectations, attached CV file, do not select the options. The attached CV is the CV that the candidate may have attached at the time of application or that you may have also inserted, which is different from the candidate's CV on Quickin;
You can also select options such as allowing your reviews to appear in this share as well as allowing anyone who accesses it to register reviews through this link.
⚠️ Attention ⚠️
If you have activated the "allow evaluation" option, anyone who accesses the link must fill in their name, email, write an evaluation and give an overall rating to the candidate.
This grade will be computed by Quickin, which will consequently take the average based on the assessment made by the R&S team along with the one filled in through the link.
When you click on the link, this will be the view:
How to collect the link from a candidate mass share?
When sharing multiple candidates, the sharing link will not appear instantly on the screen, to get it you must click on the profile of any of the candidates you just shared.
Within the candidate's profile you must click on "share" and scroll to see the sharing history:
Another equally functional way to collect the mass sharing link would be by accessing settings > pipeline > shared candidates , through this menu you can access all shares made by the system:
