To enable a new member with limited viewing permissions in Quickin to track all the movements of your job in real-time, you should add them to the "team" area of your job.

To do this, click on the job where you would like to insert this member, click on the "edit" option;

In the job editing area, go to the "control" tab. In this tab, you will find the "team" option;

Now simply check this member and save so that they can follow everything that happens with the job in real-time.

In your open job pipeline, in the "team" column, you can also see who the members and users are that are following the process;
