You can search for candidates who have previously participated in recruitment processes at your company, as well as look for those who are currently applying for a job or even those who have simply submitted their resumes to your talent pool, awaiting an opportunity that matches their profile.

To do this, click on the 'candidates' option in your top toolbar.

In this area, you can find all the candidate options mentioned above, as well as use various filters for advanced searches, looking for criteria that match your job requirements.

Note that you can always find information about the number of candidates in your talent pool.

If you have enabled the LGPD feature in your account, a new filter will appear in this area.

When you access a candidate's profile, you can always find their resume. To take any action with this candidate, you should select a job:

By clicking on this option, Quickin will display all the jobs in which the candidate is participating or may have been eliminated from.

You can also choose to link this candidate to a new recruitment process:

Simply enter the title or code of the job where you would like to insert them!
