Quickin offers various filters so that you can not only conduct an initial screening of resumes you may have received through job postings but also search for information about any candidates who are classified or disqualified in your recruitment process.

When you access a job, you will find the 'filters' option.

You will find various filters on the left side to search for information in the resumes of the candidates in your job:

Note that all candidates involved in the process will appear in this area. Pay attention to make combinations to actually find the necessary information with resumes that meet your search criteria.

For example, I want to find candidates who are classified, in the application stage, with a desired salary of up to $2,000, and who also meet criteria related to a keyword:

See that the number of candidates has reduced, thus, we can understand that these three candidates met the criteria.

It is very important to understand that the keyword feature will search for the exact terms you are looking for, so use quotes, for example: "human resources" so that Quickin can search exactly for the term you want to find within the candidate's resume.

This type of search will work both when the candidate manually fills in their resume information in the application form as well as when they or you have attached a PDF or Docx file.

If you have configured some application questions in your job, when you select the 'classified' filter, it will show the candidates who have actually passed this 'first screening'.

Not only for the initial stages of your job, but the filter area can also help you quickly find other information within any candidate at any stage of your recruitment process.

Regarding this feature, you can also perform various batch actions by selecting candidates in this area:
