In Quickin, you have the option to create candidates manually in your recruitment processes. To do this, access the job where you would like to create a candidate and click on the '+ new candidate' option:
When you click on this option, a new form will open on your screen for you to fill in the information:
Quickin allows you to simply enter the candidate's name and save to create their profile in your job. However, use the options that best fit your process needs. An important field is the 'source' where you can later understand through reports what your main recruitment sources are.
You can also select this professional's resume.
By clicking the save button, the candidate will automatically be added to your 'screening' stage.
You can also add candidates to your jobs through the import plugin.
