Jobs or recruitment processes have the following statuses:

Jobs with the "Open" status will always be visible on your job dashboard and can be identified by the green color indicator.

Jobs with the "Archived" status can also be accessed on your dashboard using filters, and they are visually identified by a gray color indicator next to the name.
