If you have recently updated Quick Key for Android, and you can't get it to launch on your Android device, the problem is most likely because Android won't let go of the previous version's cached data. Here is how to clear the old data in less than 2 minutes, and get going again!

Time to complete this task: 90 seconds

Steps:

  1. On your Android device, click "Settings"

  2. Click "General"

  3. Click "Apps"

  4. Click "Quick Key"

  5. Click "Storage"

  6. Click "Delete Data" and "Delete Cache" (see screenshot, below).

  7. Return to Quick Key, and open it.
