Quick Key's new manual sync for Android devices lets you control when you sync your data, and it shows you what is synced.

Starting on April 24, 2017, your mobile Android device will sync data with the Quick Key server only on starting up and when you press the "sync" button.

You can find the Sync button behind the central Action button on many of Quick Key's screens on Android. The Action Button is the green round button with a rabbit in the middle. It sits on the bottom edge of the screen, like in the pictures below.

To Sync your device, follow these steps:

  1. Press the Action Button

  2.  Press "Sync Now"

  3. See the sync log. When the log says the sync is complete, you are done!

What is Sync?

Sync is when you send data from your phone (like new quiz results, new quizzes, and new Courses) to the Quick Key server and your Web portal, and the Web portal sends all of its new data (new quizzes, students, etc..) to your device.

That's How to Sync!
