Why hasn’t my deposit been credited?

Sometimes deposits take a few minutes to process or may be delayed due to technical issues, depending on the payment method you used.

Here’s what to do, depending on your payment method:

💳 Credit Card

  • Refresh your account page.

  • If the deposit doesn’t appear within 1 hour, check your bank statement.

  • Unsuccessful deposits are usually refunded within 5 days.

  • If not refunded, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.

👛 E-wallets / Crypto

  • Refresh your account.

  • If funds were deducted, contact support with the date, time, amount, transaction ID, and proof of deposit.

🏦 Direct / Instant Banking

  • Refresh your account; deposits are usually immediate.

  • If missing after 1 hour, provide proof showing your full name, deposit amount, bank account number, and date.

⚡ Brite / Trustly

  • Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.

  • Check your bank transactions and make sure you haven’t exceeded your deposit limits.

  • Failed deposits are usually refunded within 1–2 business days.

  • If not refunded, send a screenshot of the transfer to support.

💡 Other tips:

  • Try a different payment method available in your account.

  • Make sure the payment method is registered in your name.

  • For credit cards, check for mismatches between your country, IP address, and card issuing country.

  • Double-check all payment details before confirming.
