How will I know if I'm suspended and how do I appeal?
When your account is suspended you will be limited to only certain functions.
During the suspension period you will no longer show up on the value leaderboard, you will be unable to list or buy on the aftermarket and you cannot request a withdrawal.
How long am I suspended for?
1st time suspensions are 24 hours for almost all offenses. There are some exceptions, those being any form of nudity posted in app, racism, hate speech and alt farming.
What is alt farming?
This is when a user is found to have multiple accounts they use to give themselves an advantage.
What does it mean that I was suspended for fraud?
This means that there was suspicious activity noted or reported on your account, generally concerning sales that seem fraudulent.
What are fraudulent sales?
There are multiple reasons a sale can be determined to be fraudulent, most commonly if the sales are between alt accounts, or being done for wash trading purposes.
What does it mean that I was suspended for wash trading?
This is similar to fraudulent sales, but specifically is when a user is converting their non-withdrawable credits into withdrawable cash by selling below value of the items or back and forth with another account.
What happens if there is fraud found on my account?
There are a few steps taken based on offense, they are:
1st time offense:
If it is a wash trade, the sale is converted back to credit.
The account is suspended for 24 hours
An email is sent notifying the user that they are suspended
If they had a withdrawal pending it will be delayed until the following week
2nd time offense:
If it is a wash trade, the sale is converted back to credit.
The account is suspended for 1 week
An email is sent notifying the user that they are suspended
If they had a withdrawal pending it will be delayed until the following week
3rd time offense:
If it is a wash trade, the sale is converted back to credit.
The account is suspended for 2 weeks
An email is sent notifying the user that they are suspended
If they had a withdrawal pending it will be delayed until the following week
Final offense:
If it is a wash trade, the sale is converted back to credit.
The account is banned
An email is sent notifying the user that they are suspended
If they had a withdrawal pending it will be delayed until the following week
What happens if I’m permanently suspended/banned?
If your account is permanently suspended or banned you will still be able to mint, withdraw and buy from the primary market. You will not be able to sell and buy from the aftermarket or rank on the value leaderboards.
Can I appeal a suspension?
You can always ask for a review of the suspension by writing into support@myquidd.com.
