The Quipo Health platform allows you to book appointments with your healthcare providers easily. This guide walks through the 5-step booking process shown with screenshots.
Note: If booking a phone call, the number may come from an unknown number so please answer accordingly. The call may come earlier or later than the booked time based on the clinic demands.
Step-by-Step Appointment Booking
Step 1: Start Booking Process
From your Homepage:
Click the "Book Appointment" button
You'll see the booking interface with your information pre-filled:
Emergency Notice: For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER immediately.
Step 2: Select Visit Details
Choose Patient
Default: Yourself (Sarah Jones in example)
Option: Select or "+ Add Family Members" for dependents
Contact Information
Your phone number is pre-filled.
If you have more than one phone number, you can select it from the drop-down as per your preference
Visit Reason
Service Type: Select from dropdown (e.g., Consultation)
Reason: Choose a specific reason (e.g., MSP-Regular Visit)
Primary Concern: Describe symptoms (e.g., "Headache")
Location & Provider: It will default to your provider location and doctor
Clinic Location: Select from available clinics or "All Clinics"
Doctor: Choose a specific provider or "Any Doctor"
Step 3: Choose Appointment Date and Time
Date Selection:
Date picker shows available days
Time slots organized by appointment type
Filter for Appointment Type Options:
Video Call: Virtual consultation via telemedicine
Phone Call: Telephone consultation
In Clinic: Physical office visit
Each time slot shows:
Time: Time of the appointment
Doctor: Name of the doctor
Type: Telemedicine or in-clinic
Address: Clinics address for in-clinic appointments
Step 4: Review Appointment Details
Verify all information before confirming
Important Policies to Acknowledge:
Private Patient Payment:
Payment required before consultation
Credit card on file required for online booking
Service fees apply for all Quipo payments
Follow-up Timeline:
Lab Results: Book follow-up in 4-5 business days or watch for email recall
Specialist Referrals: Updates emailed within 3 business weeks
Cancellation Policy: Charges are subject to change without prior notice
24-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling
$95 fee for late cancellations (<24 hours)
$95 no-show fee for missed appointments
Final Confirmation:
On clicking "Confirm Booking" you will see confirmation screen
You'll receive email confirmation with appointment details
